Our Difference
Our staff and the services we provide are what makes us the premier source for all your residential appraisal needs.

• A member of our staff is always available during business hours (Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am to 5 pm) to receive calls, answer questions, and provide status reports on all appraisal requests.
• We have implemented an automated order tracking system that automatically generates emails to our clients providing them with a contact for their appraisal requests. It allows anyone in our office to tell you who your contact is quickly.
• All appraisals are sent via email in PDF format.
• We have appraised some of the toughest properties in the area. (i.e., Mill Quarter Plantation, Keswick Plantation, and many other million dollar plus properties)

Our People
Founders, William F. Wright and Richard L. Sparks, are not new to the residential appraisal business. Both are certified appraisers with a combined experience of fourteen years. In addition,

• All of our appraisers and appraiser trainees have college degrees.
• We always strive to act in a professional manner to our clients, agents involved, and borrowers.
• We will always keep you informed of problems (i.e., value concerns, VC conditions, problems getting in touch with contact person, etc.) as soon as we know about them.
• We are certified residential real estate appraisers, unlike licensed appraisers who are limited to properties valued at 1 million or less.
